Global Hyperspectral Imaging Application Market Share- Advanced Medical Imaging Rising

$
0
0

Hyperspectral Imaging in advanced medical imaging is used to diagnose diseases in the fields of ophthalmology, oncology, and cardiology, as it accurately depicts molecular activity in the body. It is a non-invasive test that helps in the early diagnosis and treatment of retinal diseases, oral cancer, and disorders of the central nervous system. Doctors use Hyperspectral Imaging devices to measure a patient’s responses to a therapy and determine the best course of treatment.

In the food processing industry, hyperspectral imaging, combined with intelligent software, enables digital sorters (also called optical sorters) to identify and remove defects and foreign material (FM) that are invisible to traditional camera and laser sorters. By improving the accuracy of defect and FM removal, the food processor’s objective is to enhance product quality and increase yields.

Hyperspectral surveillance is the implementation of hyperspectral scanning technology for surveillance purposes. Hyperspectral imaging is particularly useful in military surveillance because of countermeasures that military entities now take to avoid airborne surveillance.

Geological samples, such as drill cores, can be rapidly mapped for nearly all minerals of commercial interest with hyperspectral imaging. Fusion of SWIR and LWIR spectral imaging is standard for the detection of minerals in the feldspar, silica, calcite, garnet, and olivine groups, as these minerals have their most distinctive and strongest spectral signature in the LWIR regions.

Warren Sutnick of Hackensack, New Jersey recently received advanced level training, from the American Association of Premier DUI Attorneys, on Blood Draw Tube Validation Issues on DUI - Marijuana Cases. Warren received training that it has been discovered that the some blood test tube certifications were only for alcohol purposes and that some blood draw tubes, including the chemicals contained inside for preservative and anti-coagulants, have never been validated for THC testing.  This training was provided by Ziad Youssef.  Mr. Youssef is a Member of the Association and he has been designated as the State Ambassador for the Association in the State of Washington. Mr. Youssef's office is in Bellingham, Washington and his website address is http://bellinghamdui.lawyer/.

Mr. Youssef discovered that the blood draw tubes being used in his area were never validated for THC testing and the manufacturer confirmed that none of their blood collection tubes have been validated for Marijuana, Cannabis, or Active THC testing.  Thus, any such blood evidence in DUI - Marijuana cases may be subject to suppression.

The American Association of Premier DUI Attorneys has compiled information from Judges, Traffic Safety Resource Prosecutors (the Top DUI Prosecutors in each State), DUI Prosecutors, current Law Enforcement Officers, former Law Enforcement Officers, and DUI Defense Attorneys to determine exactly what skills, knowledge, training, tools, resources, and strategies win the most DUI cases at trial and are also used to get DUI cases successfully resolved for the defense prior to trial.

When people need a DUI Attorney, the biggest challenge is knowing whether or not an attorney truly has the skills, knowledge, training, tools, resources, and strategies that are needed to successfully resolve and win DUI cases. Countless attorneys handle DUI cases. But, only a very small percentage have the skills, knowledge, training, tools, resources, and strategies that are needed to successfully resolve and win DUI cases.

Members of the American Association of Premier DUI Attorneys have received advanced level training on the strategies that win the most DUI cases at trial and are also used to get DUI cases successfully resolved for the defense prior to trial. Members of the American Association of Premier DUI Attorneys also have access to the resources and tools that are used to win and successfully resolve DUI cases and these are resources and tools that only a very small percentage of DUI attorneys have access to and use.

Mr. Sutnick has been practicing law since 1991. He is admitted to the federal and state bar in New Jersey and New York. Mr. Sutnick is experienced in both criminal and civil litigation. He lectures globally on the topics of money laundering and financial crimes.

Before entering private practice, Mr. Sutnick was counsel at Morgan Stanley in New York City and Vice President at PaineWebber in Weehawken, New Jersey.

ACMSS Provides Certification and Consulting Services to Help Providers Meet MU and MACRA Requirements

CONTACT: Kristin Hagen, CPEHR, CPHIE, CPHIT, CMSS
ACMSS, Executive Director; Clinical Informatics/Wellness
American College of Medical Scribe Specialists
(657) 888-2158

ORANGE, Calif., July 20, 2016. With all of the confusion surrounding implementation of the Medicare Access and CHIP Reauthorization Act (MACRA), the American College of Certified Scribe Specialists (ACMSS) is on track for the original implementation date of Jan. 1, 2017, providing a range of services to help medical providers meet the requirements. ACMSS provides certification covering of a multitude of duties for clinicians through Certified Medical Scribe Specialists (CMSS), up to and including advanced features of Computerized Provider Order Entry personnel to meet Meaningful Use requirements and now is providing consulting services for medical practices who need help understanding how to comply with new regulations and avoid coming payment penalties.

“Surprisingly, a national survey released last week by Deloitte & Touche shows that half of all private practice physicians have never heard of MACRA, and less than a quarter of self-employed and small-group physicians are even somewhat familiar with these pending reimbursement changes, which are going to significantly impact most providers,” said ACMSS Executive Director Kristin Hagen. “Medical practices need to be ready, and CMSS can help with customized consulting, whether the practices are small, rural groups or large enterprises.”

ACMSS understands MACRA, and has been on the forefront of the revolution in our healthcare system toward value-based, individualized medical care and treatment, which is the focus of the proposed rule and its Merit-Based Payment Incentive System (MIPS). ACMSS now provides consulting services to help with all performance categories of MIPS, including Quality Reporting, Resource Use, Clinical Practice Improvement Activities (CPIA), and Advancing Care Information (ACI). These services are in addition to the growing suite of certification services for medical scribes offered by ACMSS. ACMSS has long-term high-level tenure and experience throughout our healthcare system, customizing and implementing veteran solutions, pioneering to wellness through Precision Medicine: Integrative Medicine, overcoming original 1st- and 2nd-generation airbag injuries since 1994, in a 19+-year paper records journey to overcome in wellness system.

The ACMSS certification program meets current and proposed CMS certification requirements toward use of electronic health records. ACMSS is independent from all scribe companies and organizations and works in compliance with CMS to meet national goals and initiatives of Meaningful Use, MACRA: MIPS/APM.  Certified medical scribes also meet the “qualified people” Personnel Measure in Certified Electronic Health Record Technology (CEHRT). All personnel entering electronic data must be certified if not the licensed clinicians themselves entering data.

“The clinical documentation and practice efficiencies certified scribes provide have been shown to ease the clerical burdens of CPOE and EHRs, and give physicians back the time and attention they need focus on their patients toward integrative health care focused on wellness,” Hagen said. “The use of certified medical scribes allows providers to focus on their much-needed goals today in independent practices of working to assist patients in disease reversal and prevention toward wellness.”

The American College of Medical Scribe Specialists offers individualized and customized consulting for practices, scribe corporations, and across the healthcare enterprise offering five separate pathways for certifying Medical Scribe Specialists.  All personnel certifying with ACMSS need to purchase a Standardized Volume Scribe Certification Package, preparing both the individual and the practice for real-time resource and assistance, ongoing and into the future.  Bundles include:  Annual Membership, MSCAT Training/Resource Manual, HIPAA for Scribes Training/Operational video/certificate, and Medical Scribe Certification & Aptitude Test (MSCAT) Certification.  Upon successful pass, each certified scribe is given a certificate and eligible credential, in which Practice Administrators/Clinicians retain for Meaningful Use attestations and customize and innovate workflow for patient-centric care.

Physician/Practice Pathway: Physicians and practices may self-certify their staffs. ACMSS provides specialty certifications to all in General certifications, in addition to presenting specialty certifications in vascular medicine, dermatology, primary care, internal medicine, oncology, and emergency medicine. ACMSS serves as a resource to physicians/mid-levels, through enablement of fully credentialed professionals, adhering to federal regulations and guidance. All personnel entering electronic data into the EMR/EHR must be certified.  ACMSS and Board are in pursuit of a fully certified nation to protect patient care and enable greatest output and utilization of patient care records, research driven, ongoing in our nation.

Jeff Nehring of Williston, North Dakota recently received advanced level training, from the American Association of Premier DUI Attorneys, on Blood Draw Tube Validation Issues on DUI - Marijuana Cases. Jeff received training that it has been discovered that the some blood test tube certifications were only for alcohol purposes and that some blood draw tubes, including the chemicals contained inside for preservative and anti-coagulants, have never been validated for THC testing.

Mr. Spicer’s mission is to ensure that every person charged with a crime is guaranteed due process of the law and afforded a fair trial.  Mr. Spicer’s belief is that jail or prison, especially for minor drug related offenses, is harmful to the offender and society as a whole.  That is why he strives so hard on every single case.  Our country’s high incarceration rate and the reasons it incarcerates people has motivated me to work hard to protect the Constitutional rights of criminal defendants.  Mr. Spicer has a commitment to equal access to justice and has enjoyed serving all the clients whom he has represented and assisted in representing.

Mr. Spicer is driven to work hard by his commitment to the Constitution.  The Founding Fathers were concerned with protecting individuals from the Government and that was the reasoning behind the Bill of Rights.  The Constitution guarantees people certain rights any time the Government is acting to deprive them of life, liberty or property.  Mr. Spicer’s job is to protect those rights and hold the Government to the high burden of proof that is required for a deprivation of life, liberty or property.

Mr. Spicer’s experience consists primarily of work in the field of criminal defense.  Throughout law school he worked in various criminal defense offices, both public and private.   Mr. Spicer has appeared in California Superior Courts on numerous felony and misdemeanor cases.  His experience consists of appearances in courts in the following California Counties: El Dorado, Placer, Nevada, Alpine, Lassen, Sierra, San Francisco, Marin, Sonoma, Mendocino, Alameda, Santa Clara, Colusa, Yolo and Orange counties.  Mr. Spicer has also appeared in Nevada in Douglas County Justice Court, Douglas County District Court and The Justice Court for Carson City.

In 2014, Mr. Spicer began handling Juvenile Dependency Cases.  This work can be quite challenging, but the chance to help the local children in the community can be quite rewarding.  Mr. Spicer has also volunteered my time since 2012 as a Teen Court Mentor Attorney.

Mr. Spicer attended law school at the University of California, Hastings College of the Law.  There he was awarded a Certificate of Concentration in Criminal Law.  The University’s close proximity to a high number of courthouses and the amount of in-court experience its students receive drew me to Hastings.  Following his graduation in 2010, Mr. Spicer was admitted to the California State Bar after passing the Bar Examination.  Soon after, Mr. Spicer passed the Nevada Bar Examination and became licensed in Nevada as well as California.

Mr. Spicer’s undergraduate education was at the University of California, Santa Cruz.  There he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics.  Mr. Spicer’s focus was on the topic of economic justice.  He finds that this is highly relevant to his work in criminal justice.  Throughout his whole life, including college and law school, Mr. Spicer worked as a property manager.  Mr. Spicer’s experience handling all matters relating to both residential and commercial properties provided him with valuable knowledge for his practice and life in general.

Mr. Spicer considers himself an avid outdoor enthusiast.  His love of the mountains, skiing, snowboarding, camping, road cycling, mountain biking and skydiving has brought him to South Lake Tahoe.  These are the special things in life that should bring people together, not the threat of incarceration.  So no matter how we meet, Mr. Spicer hopes to share some of these activities with you one day…
